All of us enjoy a good film from time to time and the only thing better than going to the cinema and watching Hollywood’s latest blockbuster is going to the cinema to watch Hollywood’s latest blockbuster with one of the most beautiful women in the world. Many clients book companions for dinner dates and cinema dates so I thought it would be fun today to talk about some of the movies coming out this year that you could go see with me or a beautiful escort. I love a good film, as I’m sure most people do and there’s something very intimate about cinemas.

So without further ado, let’s get into come of the films coming out in 2018 in order of earliest to latest release.

So let’s start with:

Slender Man – 10th Aug – Horror

Slender Man is a film coming out based on the internet boogyman ‘Slender Man’. What started as a game and later a creepypasta continued to morph into a horror story that Hollywood just can’t seem to ignore. Hoping to cash in on the hype this year Slender Man follows a tall, faceless boogie man who kidnaps and kills children. This will be the first time Slender Man has stepped into the silver screen and I don’t really need to tell you why horror movies make such good dates!

Christopher Robin – 17th Aug – Family/Adventure

For something a lot more light-hearted and a trip down memory lane the nostalgic pop-corn flick about Winnie The Poo hit’s our screens this year featuring Winnie and friends in live-action for the first time ever. Many of us remember or have heard of Winnie The Pooh and this year he’s starring in his very own film which follows Christopher Robin. Now a grown man Christopher reconnects with his childhood bear Winnie and friends for a fun nostalgic, heart-warming adventure. The perfect film for a romantic and lovely mood.

A Star Is Born – 5th Oct – Drama/Romance

Turning up the romance for this one is A Star Is Born. A Film starring heartthrob Brandley Cooper and super-star singing sensation Lady Gaga. The film follows Bradley Cooper who plays a successful country singer who falls in love with a struggling artist. As their relationship develops and her career begins to take off, Bradley finds himself wondering if his best years are in-fact behind him. This is a deep story of love, connection, sacrifice and blessings and for anyone who’s a fan of Lady Gaga this will definitely be something they’d enjoy.

Bohemian Rhapsody – 24th Oct – Biopic

Named after one of Queen’s most popular, if not their most popular song. Bohemian Rhapsody aims to tell the life story of Queen’s lead singer Freddy Mercury. Queen are legendary and have made some of the most well known and loved songs ever such as ‘We Will Rock You’, ‘We Are The Champions’, and ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’. Hollywood is finally giving Queen a real film documenting their rise to the top and for anyone who’s a fan of Queen, biopics or just a good drama, it’s definitely a must see.
